Do American's WOs have Stockholm Syndrome?
I only ask because I constantly see PDT, Envoy and PSA criticize American for their lack support, keeping wages low, farming out the best flying and restricting/readjusting the flow. But on the flip side I constantly see each of them doing everything they can to be the favorite child. As if trying outcompete each other would change American views and sway their compassion to somehow better their contracts.
I'm honestly confuse how they say they get treated so badly but are dong everything they can to earn American recognition as if it would earn them better flying and a better contract.
