Who's filling classes?

Sure why not. But i'm just a man trying to convince myself to attend the next class date option given to me at Envoy, and endure a commuter lifestyle for a little bit. Or take / attend CTP class two other regionals have offered me.
I believe if AA is my choice destination, then Envoy is the way to go.
i just need to decide ASAP!!!!!!
Thanks for the complement, maybe one day I can join the recruiting dept bring more people in like myself. Being that i understand the tough decision i'm about to make.

As a Mesa pilot, if I had to start over at the bottom of a seniority list and needed QOL and decent pay, I'd seriously look at Skywest, Endeavor and even Republic. If I could keep my seniority number at Mesa, I'd come back and go on the E-jet, but only with my current seniority. Starting back at first year pay is a no go.
I say no to Envoy, PSA, and Piedmont because I know United offers a much higher QOL in terms of lines/schedules to their regional carriers. The difference is night and day at Mesa between the American and United sides.

My biggest concern is in 3-4 yrs ALPA/Envoy MEC strike down this STUPID 8yr cap on FO pay/12yr cap on Captains pay. At the same time i think i understand the logic behind it to motivate a Capt to flow vs being lifer and stagnating upgrades in the future, so i guess the cap is good?
The pay cap was forced on us by AAG/Parker/Glass. The union has no ability to "strike it down," and the company has no interest in paying us close to market wages, let alone lifting the 12/4 cap. If you think limiting the pay of fellow pilots for your own selfish gains is a good thing, you have a lot to learn about how this industry actually works. It's that attitude that pits one group of pilots against the other, senior vs junior, flow through vs non-flow, etc, and one day you'll be on the side that is being screwed in a negotiation or settlement and maybe finally understand.

Either you're just another management troll, or you're f-ing clueless. I haven't decided which yet.

Do you regret that decision? If so why?

P.s I'm not what or who you paint me out to be. I'm new and hope to learn. I've seen exactly what you mean, and i too hate it when one pilot group goes against the next. Or short and under bids another. I've been following this industry as a whole, for while (over a decade) just throwing my hat in the 121 pool. I don't claim to know anything about "how it all works." Thats not who i am. Sure, correct me if i say something wrong. Make your point. But, no need for insults over the inter-web, or comfort of a smartphone screen. Also no need to throw unfactual claims at another. Lets not be bitter. My statement which you quote was also in the form of a question, as i was/still am unaware. I do not want a pay cap. I hope it gets taken off future contract negotiation. READ context.
Thanks.

You can be LAX based on the E 175 right away for Compass. Skywest is also a good option too.

Endeavor seems to have the highest first year pay of the 3, but being based in NY at a regional is a deal breaker for me. For an LAX base is commuting from SAN a huge pain? Any other options I should consider for DTW or SoCal?
