For Sept. my co had 16 F/Os in training leave for whatever reasons.
Emp#s from 538XX to 544XX range. Failure rate is astounding......if they failed out. I like to think that they found better employment at a ranch grass strip out in the country instructing flight test students in cutting edge experimental jet powered aircraft......

Compass is currently turning away guys from what I hear and may be the hardest to get on with. Last I heard a few weeks ago they interviewed 17 and only took 4. The interviewees said "hey but Skywest will hire me" and so the compass recruiters told them to go there then. I'm glad to hear my old stomping grounds is still turning guys away.
