The world doesn't care how unfair you think the "system" is. Either you have that piece of paper or you don't. Don't like it? Start your own company and only hire people who didn't go to college.

"iFlyRC", you'd have a better job flying for the US Govt killing people overseas with UAV's vs flying for MESA. That is, if you really know anything about flying RC.

No college degree required.

Many companies today are hiring people without "that piece of paper". ****, Twitch streamers make more than any regional FO, rolling out of bed in their underwear and doing bong hits....

College is overrated, and will be obsolete within the next 20 years.

Many intelligent folk out there who do not have degrees, and are making lots of dough. But like what was said by many before me, they are desirable, so stop your griping and moaning and get one.

I went to college.... and other than the immediate perks (socially), the long term perks are not worth it (debt).

I went to college and I can say that it had an incredible impact on me... and cost me very little.

I'm not angry... I am excited.
Nowadays yes, but go as far as 2007/2008 for example's sake and then one couldn't get on with Eagle without a degree....

Fact is that it is still highly coveted at the majors, despite the requirement for it being deleted.

Where did you go to college? And who paid for it?

I go back into the 90's my friend, when pilots were expected to pay 10k just to get hired at a regional.
