Average monthly pay?

2nd year FO at PSA...
I make about $4,000 /month pre-tax if I work my butt off and credit about 95-100 hours and 11-12 days off. After health insurance, union dues, and 401K I'm left with about $3,000 take home. That doesn't include our new FO retention bonus though either which works out to roughly another $800 /month before tax withholdings.
I'm not going to be working as much through the rest of summer though so that will impact the pay a bit...

Son. You don't know me nor my situation. I didn't ask for tax advice. I can assure you that at 7 years prior to mandatory retirement that my tax situation is completely different from yours.
Your advice is unwelcome, ignorant and didn't address the OP's question.
Thank you.

Take it down a couple notches grandpa, dude was simply asking a perfectly reasonable question.

Well, I noticed it was your thread, so I removed my post.
Bear in mind, when you start, you'll only be getting min guarantee, no per diem for about 3 months. So that is fairly easy to compute for gross pay. Taxes, that will depend on your particular situation, as evidenced above. You'll have to figure that one out on your own.
Your pay will go up after you hit the line and can credit more than min. Might even do that on RSV, depending on where you work. I have heard of a guy (XJet, I believe) who credits over 90 hours on RSV). If you're a DL mainline pilot, it's possible to credit enough with green slips to net over $48K a month, if you are willing to work the extra days.

It's sorta funny because your pay checks will actually go down once you finish training and hit the line for a more normal $200-400/month per diem on reserve depending on how much you fly.
