Default Consolidation of experience

Requires 100 hours within 120 days of a rating type ride or pc. If you flew the SAME aircraft for another company is this consolidation still a requirement at a new company?

Since you already have the type and ATP (I assume) the fact that you did a PC would trigger the 100 hour experience requirement.

h) The following exceptions apply to the consolidation requirement of paragraph (g) of this section:

(1) Pilots who have qualified and served as pilot in command or second in command on a particular type airplane in operations under this part before August 25, 1995 are not required to complete line operating flight time for consolidation of knowledge and skills.
(2) Pilots who have completed the line operating flight time requirement for consolidation of knowledge and skills while serving as second in command on a particular type airplane in operations under this part after August 25, 1995 are not required to repeat the line operating flight time before serving as pilot in command on the same type airplane.

Yes and it says nothing about different companies. Just aircraft type. Which can be interpreted differently depending on how its read.

I'd imagine the airline's OPS SPEC says clearly what is required. Maybe not though.

I guess you've never read your company's OPS SPECs

I have read it but I am not in the position, nor do I really care to take the effort to see if the OPS SPEC specifically says 100 hours in type at the company or just generally 100 hours in type. Why would I waste any effort memorizing something that applied to me 4 years ago for a situation that I'd never see? I'm not the chief of training.

This. I know here at PDT we have had people with prior experience in both the ERJ and Dash come in. As far as I can see, they have all done the 100 cycles required despite their experience on either type. We have had a few new hires go back to upgrade training after SOE as a FO, but they will still do the required 100 cycles as captains after captain SOE.

Under this part, means under FAR 121. If you flew the aircraft under FAR 121 then you qualify. However each airline may choose a more restrictive approach and in that case, that will prevail.
