I'm sorry you're still bitter about your time at the company during it's dark period, but to pretend it's the same now as it was is foolish.
i know exactly how it is over there. My brother is still there along with a few of my class and it's still the same company no doubt.

I don't know about you but $10,000 over a year adds up to a healthy bonus.

$10K? Not sure which company you are referring to, if you are talking about my post. OO offers $7,500 first year. 9E offers $23,000 every year, and not just to new hires, but to all pilots on property.

Don't get me wrong, I wish it were $55 an hour instead of $30 an hour plus the bonus. But it's almost what we should all be paid, regardless of which contract airline we work for.

I'm talking about the performance rewards, financial rewards, and profit sharing at Skywest. You all want to compare 9e pay that includes bonuses to Skywest hourly wages with no bonuses included.

You can't have it both ways.

Is it normal to not get a response after politely declining a CJO or does the company care less ?

I think I was pretty clear and fair in my comparison. No performance awards, no per diem, no over-guarantee pay; just guarantee and annual bonus.

You need to talk to more people. That's pretty normal.
