Things aren't anywhere near the same as they used to be. Management treats us very well now. Endeavor has performance bonuses just like Skywest and the profit sharing there doesn't add up to much.
I'm sorry you're still bitter about your time at the company during it's dark period, but to pretend it's the same now as it was is foolish.

I don't know about you but $10,000 over a year adds up to a healthy bonus.

$10K? Not sure which company you are referring to, if you are talking about my post. OO offers $7,500 first year. 9E offers $23,000 every year, and not just to new hires, but to all pilots on property.
Don't get me wrong, I wish it were $55 an hour instead of $30 an hour plus the bonus. But it's almost what we should all be paid, regardless of which contract airline we work for.

You can't have it both ways.

I think I was pretty clear and fair in my comparison. No performance awards, no per diem, no over-guarantee pay; just guarantee and annual bonus.

I've yet to hear anyone at SkyWest getting anywhere near $10k in bonus' at SkyWest....
