Do you think this is not it so far?.....Not even close pay cuts & at least a 2 year stagnation guaranteed for the fools that stay around. Just look as past history of any and all airline bankruptcies. The only ones who don't get hurt by this are the upper management. The ship is sinking, no more DL that's a given why would you stay? Waiting for the numbers to get lower? I hear chap 7 is a ball ! There is nothing scary out there lots of work no need to hang for the other shoe to drop

WOW !!!
You can't put a coherent sentence together. You should sleep it off for a few more hours, and try again. WE will stand by waiting for your next brilliant analysis of the situation effecting the regional airline industry

Good news my friend! PM the details of where you're headed. I hope to be right behind you.

Rather than slicing up the cba, they are going after the bank/lessor details. This is what BB promised and i commend him if he sticks to his guns.

So please folks, if there is good news, let's not rain on the parade. RAH employees need ALL the moral support that they can get!
What they need is an honest assessment of the bankruptcy process so they can make educated decisions rather than standing around with their fingers crossed. And if you trust B.B. Then I'm not sure you're looking at the whole picture. I know there's a first time for everything, but I'm not aware of any airline bankruptcies where they haven't went after the union contracts.

They start with aircraft and other liabilities, labor will likely be one of the last things they do. I would be surprised if RAH exist BK without at a minimum looking to extend the pilot CBA. It's a 3 year agreement that will likely be a year away from amendable date by the time RAH finishes BK.

we are actually getting weekly updates from management as well as the ability to see everything about the case on our intranet. Management has been pretty transparent through the whole process, and even sent an employee to stl to pay us personally the Friday following the announcement. Seems like 95% of you don't even work here so it's kind of funny you all speak as if you know everything that will happen. None of us know and that's just the fact of the matter and we are all keeping our options open.

Well Einstien, there is plenty of history out there for airline bankruptcies during this last decade. I've personally been through two, and so yes, I have a pretty good idea of how the bankruptcy proceedings work. Research for yourself and I don't think you'll find any where union contracts weren't touched. But hey, burry your head in the sand if you want to

why are you so angry?? if you went through bankruptcy one would think you wouldnt be such a dick to everyone going through it on this forum. Everyone here is looking at other options, including me. They don't need someone on the internet like you to tell them how to live their lives and make decisions..

Show me one post where I've told someone how to live their lives and make decisions? I just think it's a good idea to prepare for the worst. Bankruptcy is not fun
