Seems a little futile.... I'm going to wildly speculate and say that the chapter 11 announcement put a small hiccup in recruitment efforts...

I speak of what is actually here whether flying or parked on the ramp at the IMC in Indy. I actually work here. Do you?
I glanced over Republic's 2015 10K report which indicates 16 175s and 14 170s operating for Delta. The earliest CPA expiration dates are 2021. I don't really care to argue with you, especially on something so petty. We are talking about a difference of 5 airplanes. I'm going off what Republic reports to their investors. Maybe not all 30 planes are in operation due to staffing issues?

Republic was replacing all their Qs with 50 new 175s, I think that 50 number was decreased. I'm sure what the final number is, maybe someone at Republic knows. Looks like Delta is their smallest E175 customer. I could see Delta attempting to take their E175s elsewhere. Maybe the 30 go to compass and Envoy takes the 20 AA Compass E175s back.
I'm sure it has already been said but rah owns all their airplanes. Can't be transferred by delta. They could sell them.

Also saving 10 million a month after bankruptcy. Aim high for the next round of contract negotiations!

Incorrect. RAH LEASES their aircraft. There are several provisions within the CBA with Delta where Delta may assume the leases along with the aircraft. Some provisions require a penalty to be paid to RAH, some don't.

RAH doesn't own any aircraft. They lease them.

You're simply looking at old incorrect information. You say you don't want to argue, yet you continue to do so! (You do realize amendments to 10k reports are filed all the time?! Rhetorical question, DO NOT answer!)

According to financial reports filled with the SEC, Republic owns the majority of their E175s.

What a sham! They will get relieve from the major stakeholders, and survive this, but long term they are toast! Maybe they get acquired out of Ch11 by American.

I know what I was looking at, a 2014 annual report. Things can obviously change since 2014. Personally, I'm going with what's on paper rather than the daily rumors. If you think I'm incorrect, why not point it out in a respectful and professional way rather than acting like a complete you know what?
