Default ATP Written Authorization

Those that have completed an ATP-CTP course, then took the written. What was the process like for actually taking the test? I understand that there is an authorization that must be completed prior to being allowed to take the test. Were you able to just show up to the testing station and take it, or was it delayed?

Show up with the certificate they give you at the end of the CTP course and take the written. Other than that, they tell you that you have to wait 48 hours to get put in the system after you finish the course. Also just so you know, that the CTP course doesn't prepare you for the written in any way (you probably know this, but I've seen some confusion about that on here). Good luck
