Default What's in your wallet!? Er....Flight case

What do most regional pilots carry in thier flight case? What is usually required and what have people found to be the thing to "not be without" when out on the line?

Do ost airlie pilots use Jepp charts. I was trained and only know how to use NOS charts. I would have thought professional pilts would use the government issued stuff.
I am just curious why are Jepp charts the prefered charts?
