Go jet Bases/Aircraft

I'm not a company cheerleader and don't recommend people come here at this point, but do you know why we're perpetually a contract behind everyone else? Freedom Airlines, the alter ego company JO started. Exactly what GoJet is to TSA. Our negotiating committee managed to kill it, but doing so put our contract behind the rest of the industry in perpetuity. I hate hating certain pilots, but I do: the guys at AA who voted in the first B-scale, the mainline pilots who sold out scope, and the Freedom A-listers who now cherry-pick their day trips or work in management. I have nothing but disdain and contempt for them and their actions. Tell me, what would your position on Freedom be if it was still around?

8 year 9E FO? Umm...stay put and upgrade, get PIC time, then move on to one of the other majors? You'll likely upgrade at 9E quicker than you would by starting over at another regional seeing as the super quick upgrades are more or less over.

There are about 100 former 8 year Endeavor FO's at PSA alone, and more scattered around other airlines as well. I would imagine that you are friends with some of those guys. Give them a call and ask them how their lateral move worked out. No one can understand your situation better than them, and their advice might actually mean something. The ones that came to PSA are all Captains now and most are pretty happy.
