OK, fine, let them talk...you think it isn't the best, and many agree with you.

Besides delta flies the 757 and 767 for the same rate and cal flies the 737s that have 100 to 170 seats in them for the same rate. So really whats 16 to 20 seats? Besides other than a few little things its the same airplane from the cockpit door forward.

Best is in the eyes of the beholder.
Different strokes for different folks, people at SkyWest obviously want to be there and are happy. So why do you care? Get over it and stop posting high school BS.

CAL pays different for the 737:
737-300, 500, & 700 = small narrow pay
737-800 & 900 = large narrow pay (same as 757-200 & 300 pay)
Most of CAL's 737's are -800's too.

***This is also posted in the, yet another, skywest thread. Lets hear some straight forward answer*******
I'm sick of hearing "thats not true, thats not true" argument about skywest. Lets hear some facts from your "agreement" (and these CAN & WILL be checked for accuracy).
What are your trip rigs, duty rigs? do you have mechanical pay, cancellation pay, junior-man pay, deadhead pay, taxi pay, customs pay, etc? Do you have trip touching drops for vacation? Retirement benefits??
Also, I'm curious...it seems the skypest people are very quick to throw out the "we get bonuses" excuse. Is there anyone out there who will willingly discuss what they received in bonuses for 2006?
Thanks!
Yup, still a tool in this thread too!

haha well said. i think we can all agree that all regional pay scales suck without a doubt and we should never be satisfied with what we got until its fair. its not being greedy, its just setting a mindset for down the road when pilots possibly regain some kind of bargaining power. yea skywest has better this and that, etc, but still why cant we expect more? theres nothing wrong with that. sometimes people are sooooo in love with their companies, they cant see how bad theyre getting exploited. this "i love my company" attitude is great, but i wont have it unless my company "truly loves me back"
