Let me try and get in here before the Cuj. Envoy. 2.5 upgrade. 6 year flow.

Piedmont is just under a year plus you get as an added bonus a job at American Airlines if you want to wait for it. If not get your PIC time and apply to Delta, United, Southwest etc.

Skywest is 4 year upgrade. However it doesn't seem to matter these days. Just as many FOs are leaving for majors as captains from what I'm seeing.

How can this be true? I know 4 year E145 FOs that are still on reserve.

Just out of curiosity is that just in the base that you want? Or first upgrade possibility in general.
