I think all the 9E pilots that went to PSA upgraded right away. She would still be an FO had she stayed, but probably would have a CJO, so.....

The pay isn't what I think it should be but cmon. A 7 year regional FO at nearly every carrier is making at least the US National average salary or better. It's not "that" bad once you get to year 7.

Nothing is for sure in this industry but as Mesabah said she would have a CJO and be at Delta by the end of next year and would have been a CA this winter anyway at 9E with a 20K a yearly bonus. So she would have a job at Delta and be making close to 100K. Explain again how her lateral move was good for her?

How do you know she would of had a
CJO?..A lot of good people interviewed
and we're told not to come back ..Its
not an easy interview to pass even with
the help of an interview prep course.
