I'm happy I could give you a good laugh and I appreciate your concern for my health. You're a real good guy. Super sincere and full of wisdom.
I hope to continue to enlighten you with my obsession in the 9E topic. I'm not going anywhere so stay tuned mr IBpilot. I have lots more to say.
It's tough for some the leftovers at 9E, especially the ones with no future outside of 9E, to realize they should have gotten out when they had the chance. Fact is that delta wholly owned carriers never come out on top...never ends well. The agreement between the completely worthless alpa and the company for the 81 planes is a joke because alpa is the epitome of worthless.

Comair was shutdown, not spun-off.

The question was if we believed that 9E would be sold.

No one that works here is naive to believe that there is zero chance of a Comair, but DL will pay in court if they broke the fleet guarantee. It's the first of its kind and it's between ATL and Endeavor pilots.

To the original poster - if you want to come here then great! If not, good luck. We are filling classes easily. It's hard to find good information here on APC because you have guys like Alaska, who only want you at CPZ to improve their QOL. QOL at every regional sucks! Just pick the airline that is best for you and your family. Take care!

Comair was not as close as we are. They ran it separately.

Wouldn't that technically make it easier to separate? If they are piggy backing on everything that Delta has if Delta wants to sell nothing will really come to a stand still.

Delta has publicly stated that they only want 100 of them system wide end state.

I thought the number was 125 as the end of the regional consolidation.

If I'm not mistaken Delta started at 125 and has revised it to 100

I haven't kept up with their plan, it didn't affect me until I recently began looking at going to a regional, so it wouldn't surprise me. I was surprised to see them extend the Shuttle 145's.

Right now oil is cheap so they're not in a hurry to get to that number, whichever one it may be
