TD, the original post stated that there was an engine failure "last night." This is why people got upset with you for bringing up the past. There are many a mixed emotion about the pinnacle crash that you mention, and people are quite tired of hearing about it....myself included.

What happened with Pinnacle? I know they had a crash at some point. I have no idea what the situation was. I tried looking through the NTSB database and I found nothing.

I don't want to upset anyone. I just would like a general synopsis of what happened.
Thank you.

Still there, still trash-bag equipped as of this morning (Saturday).

Wow! That was disturbing. Thank you for posting the link. I believe in studying the mistakes of the past to prevent them from reoccuring in the future. I appreciate the info.

As do I. However apparently if you bring up a past crash you are considered a callous individual who is "dissing" the dead. If you make a mistake you make a mistake. If there is a crash there is a crash. It's all fair game to talk about. Which wasn't the intention of my initial post. He asked about an RJ engine out and that was the only one I knew of. The whining and complaining and fake nobility in responses to people here who do nothing but see negative in all they see and read is sickening. I was given an "infraction" for "Inappropriate language". Considering the fact that I mentioned no names, wrote no curse words, nor implied anything with my statement and yet some people managed to see negativity and then blow things completely out of proportion the way they did is ridiculous.... Grow up guys. You wonder why some of the most respected people that were on this forum have left and there's a perfect example of why. I've talked with vegabond as well as others and they are all sick and tired of feeling like they are walking on eggshells around you people. It's time to stop complaining about everything just a little.

So someone show me where I was inappropriate in the least and then explain why? Then we can go digging up some dirty laundry on the same exact people stating here. Anyone remember the whole Cory Lidel talk? What about the numerous personal attacks you make on each other? Perfect example here. True I've done it once and I apologized once I gathered my thoughts which is more than I can say for those here. There are many great people here but a bunch of babies as well.

They used to be (mesa helped bail AW out of bankruptcy in the mid-90's). Now that AWA acquired USA, there are numerous regionals under the USA banner, including mesa.
