Because there is some other way to get paid in this industry that we somehow don't know about? Ya know, like after person spends almost a decade in the right seat as instructor/FO making less than burger flipper, but with the added bonus of being thousands in debt for all their training and schooling and not just sporting a brand new GED

Sorry bro, 121 is where it's at. All my friends that avoided the regionals, I wouldn't want their life style and constantly moving... This Mesa gig has been the best aviation job I've ever had, even better in the left seat. I could care less if that bothers you and you feel we are dragging you down. Let me play the violin for you.
