This is not a factual statement. The attrition Envoy will have due to its flow agreement will cause the most attrition, compared to others right now.

The best regional out there right now is probably Envoy.

Anyone who tell you theirs is the best is a recruiter or mgmt shill. Ask pilots what they don't like about their airlines and pick the one with the least negatives. Fact is, regionals are not run well and have the same solutions to their problems, pinch Pennies and hope the competition goes under first.

Pick the one with the easiest or no commute and most turnover at the top.

Cape Air is probably the best regional to work for. Probably not the fastest route to a major, but you can be home every night, make a living wage right off the bat, and actually enjoy flying for a living instead of tolerating it.
