That doesn't mean you are working more. Old rules: 90 hour duty in 7. New rules: 60 hour duty in 7.

Duty, number of legs, minimum rest between duty, and report time is what makes you tired. Flight time doesn't matter when the others are limited. That is why the FAA went with those conclusions. Science backed it up.

You can make data look any way you want. Fact is you can now work more in any seven day period. There are some areas where it is more restrictive, but on long legs you can work way more than 30 hours now and the airlines are doing it.

One of the better parts of 117 is 10 hours of rest behind the door.
No reduced rest. I think this is the MOST important aspect of the new rules.

The circadian and FDP rules are nice but can be a bit difficult to decipher.

The FDP extension needs to go away because it is exploited on a regular basis by CS.

More productivity in fewer days per month. That's been my experience.

It's 8 hours behind the door and 10 block out to show. Either way, it's nice.

Actually you could work more under the old rules. You may think 90 hours of duty is less than 60 hours of duty, but in the real world, 90 is greater than 60.

I'm still doing the same number of hours of credit per month, but it takes more days at work each month to get them. I'm somewhat more rested, but at work for more days than before.

That's your company's fault. They can use you more efficiently now and have not yet adapted to the new rules.
