Do you think AAG's feeders will merge?
Since we're at each other's throats. I thought I would try a different track. One could say a longer term view. Will AAG merge PSA, PDT AND ENV? If that is the case, maybe we should start to bury the hatchet. I'm still ****ed, but management is our true foe.

I think it would only happen if the wholly owned regionals you mentioned were significantly paralyzed due to lack of crews.
To do so now though seems would not be what American wants. They would rather the airlines remain divided. A merged carrier would be more powerful, have a bigger bargaining position, and less ability to be whipsawed.

at some point AAG will realize that they already accomplished the staffing contracts they wanted from the pilots and it'll be time to consolidate the well compensated management at the 3 wholly owned airlines..

If anything, I think it will be PDT and ENY would merge as an all embraer operator. Obviously PSA will be an all CRJ operator, so I would think they'd leave them as is.

How long does Doogie Parker want to pay FOUR sets of upper-level management (Presidents, VPs, etc.) in support of the American Eagle product?
ENY + PDT makes sense, it still leaves two WOs for him to play against one another along with the other contract carriers...

Better yet they will try to create more management jobs and if that project fails it was the fault of labor.
They will not merge the carriers.
