Been at ASA(XJT) for over three years, pretty sure we are pay protected.

Endeavor offers full cancellation pay and deadhead pay, but I think our deadhead pay is at 75%, or 50, not sure.

Totally false, at least on the ASA side.

I believe you are indicating XJT(erj or crj?) has trip cancellation pay, not leg-by-leg.

Several folks have mentioned "full cancellation pay." There's two types of cancellation pay; trip and leg-by-leg. I suppose both are considered "full cancellation pay," however leg-by-leg is more lucrative.

I can't speak for the "legacy Xjt" side but, at ASA.

On a leg-by-leg basis, a regular pilot who has a trip, or portion thereof, cancelled or involuntarily removed from his schedule for any reason, other than his own illness, injury, leave of absence, retirement, training failure or delay, suspension, termination or failure to report, will be paid and credited his actual flight pay hours or scheduled flight pay hours, whichever is greater. For purposes of this paragraph, “schedule” includes all trips for which a pilot is responsible regardless of the method by which he is assigned or awarded the trip. Once a trip is assigned, it is part of a pilot's schedule.

Not significantly but a small amount. A cursory glance through my old pay sheets shows between 3-15 hours a month in push time. The average is around 5. I did a lot of legs per month and it can certainly add up over time. In reality, the FAA doesn't seem to care at all.

A 5 minute push, 4 legs a day on a 4 day is 1:20 in push.

I'm sure there are environments that have less overall average push times due to the less busy nature of the flying as well. I was in the NE.

It's cancellation pay on a leg-by-by basis.

Skywest pays 100% cancellation pay on a leg-by-leg basis and 100% deadhead pay. You can get reflowed in the case of a cancellation, in which case you get paid the higher of either the cancelled legs or the reflow legs. We also have a minimum daily guarantee of 4 hours, meaning the least you can be paid for a 4 day is 16 hours, 3 day 12 hours, etc.
