Thanks. Something will come my way soon enough.
Another fun RAH thing regarding payroll... A lot of the check airman are getting overpaid by accident. And the company is demanding they write checks or they'll garnish their next check. One good friend got over paid two checks in a row and he had to pay them back a couple thousand dollars. He showed me his pay stub and I saw it with my own eyes.
We have no contract. The pay sucks. We have no flow to anywhere. Our nonrev travel privileges are below wholly-owned ones. They just recently changed our retiree travel privileges so you have to work longer now.
I have been successful in convincing a few people to not take the offer and go some place else. People are starting to listen because at the FAPA and OBAP job fair they hardly had anyone come talk to them. Those that did were offered a job on the spot....6 I think on day one during the FAPA job fair.
They keep canceling and canceling flights. 50-80 flights a day according to flight aware,
https://flightaware.com/live/cancelled/
82 flights today have been canceled....82 crews with lost pay.
Imagine you just commuted up to say, lga or ord, after a 1 or 2 leg commute to find out your 20 hr four day is now worth 12 hrs. You could have called off and made the same amount of money with your sick time. That has happened to me and a lot of guys I know. Nine times out of ten, crew scheduling never even calls you to notify you of the change, you learn of it by looking at a monitor or the code share partners app.

There will be no TA no contract. They dont' care, just breaking the backs of exploited pilots as long as they can. Quit and go further with your career. You don't have to work for a regional to get a job at a major today. In fact, sometime s they don't want to take from their own feed. You might have a better chance.

Any new TA would be too late to make an appreciable difference in staffing during this summer (which will be a disaster). Unless the rev pulls something from way out of left field I think they've just about finished digging their grave in Indianapolis.
