the RAH Leopard will not change its spots. Even if you get all the gains you are looking for since the company is in a rush now to get a TA, what is to stop them from pulling the old "just do it and then grieve it" that they are famous for?

Even when they get a new contract, what's going to be in it that's good enough to compete with airlines with flows, large retention bonus's, etc.. Are we talking about a game changer contract where all the sudden FO's are jumping ship from other regionals?

I'm not sure, but a new CBA IS a step in the right direction. I really believe that with WH gone, things are gonna turn around here. WH was the obstacle to our TA.

Also, our NC is awesome. They are genuine, smart, and want to get this done; unlike the last crew that was corrupt and more than happy to milk negotiations so they could ski in Jackson hole and golf in pebble beach.
Our NC is for real this time.

Disregard him. Like most of his ilk he most likely has no work or life experience. But he sure feels like he's owed a lot.

You are correct sir. Spot on. Either that or you are one of the lifers who would like to enhance your position on the backs of newbies who have no idea what they are getting into....did I hit too close to home? Want a cookie ?

Me? I'm leaving soon. I don't belong in this great company and all the lifers do not like me voicing my opinion, anyway. TA?? Don't make me laugh....this exact scenario played out about a year ago. That garbage TA was thankfully rejected by 87%. I'm sure most of the lifers voted "yes" to save their "jobs".

Go anywhere but RAH. Longest upgrade time and worst QOL. If I was in your shoes Endeavor would be my pick. Don't be lured by their promises. It's all lies to get you in the door.

I'm positive there will be a TA within 30 days, but I will wait and see if it is industry leading. Also upgrades are now at 5 years on the 145.
