as much as I was hoping to get to see those on the PNCL side.... Congrats to mesaba! the -900's will help them get the furloughs back. I think these planes will look great and may is just around the corner!

well at least i don't look like a big jacksaa for making this rumour up. Congrats Mesaba guys, Pinnacle could not have even staffed these planes if we wanted too. I hope you get compensated well for them, the 900 is a big plane.

Quick question for a Mesaba pilot? Is there still 220 pilots on furlough? I see that Barb Martin, Manager HR; Jeff Tollefsrud, Chief Pilot, MSP are recruting at the DFW Air Inc. conference this weeked. Mesaba must be planning on future hiring.

ahhh man!!! do you still have the emb175 avatar? i guess maybe i can use that since you wont be needing it anymore. Yeah and congrats to mesaba, i would have bet dollars to doughnuts that you guys were going to get the emb-175's. 2 a month till 2008 is a good deal for getting you guy back up and everyone back on the job. Does that give you guys 85 planes now?

Officially YES, realistically NO. With 36 planes coming you're looking at around 360 pilots.

At Mesaba your pay will look like this for the CRJ900
Year Capt FO
1 57.21 22.81
2 58.94 27.35
3 60.71 30.03
4 62.52 32.71
5 64.39 33.69
6 66.33 34.68
7 68.32 35.73
8 70.37 36.80
9 72.48 36.80
10 74.66 36.80
Keep in mind too that we have all of these "kickers" in the TA that will boost those numbers some depending on aircraft on property and true ups based on average seniority etc. etc.
And just think. Now that Colgan is in the "family" we could see our Saabs get taken away and given to them to operate at lower cost! If you dare join the Red Tail family, be prepared for a rollercoaster ride and HAVE A PLAN B.
