if those are the rates to fly 900's, well then i guess it looks like they are not going to raise the bar...

Those would be 76 seat rates. Compass is scheduled to fly the EMB175 with 76 seats (I am not sure if it is certified for more or not). Some other Airlink partner is scheduled to fly the 900s configured with 76 seats as well.
It is interesting to ponder the purchase of an actual 900 by NWA instead of a 705. The 705 is certified for 75 seats. The 900 is certified for 90 seats but NWA has configured them with a 16/60 split if I remember correctly. Obvioulsy, this leaves them the option of reconfiguring for up to 90 pax if the future (scope change) allows it.
