Plan for at least 2 yrs, right now it is looking at 2 yrs + 5 to 6 months & that's if another upgrade class does not get cancelled.

Plus more FO's are leaving than the CAs.

This loa is complete trash. Last ditch effort to keep some pilots already there.

It doesn't sound like trash, but where exactly did the funds to offer this come from? Gee, I wonder?

Mama-bear and Papa-bear must have heard junior is running low on lunch money.

How long before they figure out it isn't going to help much?

Default New CommutAir Pay and QOL LOA (proposed)

Nice job guys! No concessions, all gains? Perfect. Exactly what it should be in the current environment.

I'd love to get a copy of this LOA to hand to our NC. THIS is how it's done, people.

Whats upgrade minimums? 3000TT? How much time will multiply with company?

As a former CommutAirsman (1991-1998) I am shocked that you got anything for free from Jim, John and Tony. Those guys could wring blood out of a stone. Well done!

No proper comforts of a jet with APU's and a management team that does not care enough about you to not to give you airport standby the afternoon after you finish a standup.

Match Skywest in pay or no thanks from me. Vote what is best for you and your family.
Apologies if I'm reading this wrong, but if you think the Dash 8 is "the loudest, smelliest plane ever made. No proper comforts of a jet with APU's", I politely suggest you have a very narrow spectrum of professional flying experience.....

I completely agree with you on the pay issue you bring, however, I would suggest that even matching SkyWest pay isn't enough.
