Let me get this straight. Everytime I consider reading threads regarding Eagle, RJPilot is whining and proclaiming doom...no vacancy bid, the world at eagle is ending. But now there is a vacancy for CA slots and that's "hilarious" somehow? What should the company do to please you RJ? Maybe the 737s or 320s should go to eagle to please you?

Why can't you just let well enough alone and be happy that there is a vacancy bid rather than whine about that too...when that is actually GOOD news believe it or not.

This is part of the reason why many regional pilots have the negative perception that some people have of them.

Give me a break RJ. No wonder eagle is going to be your burial grounds for your career (whether you planned it that way or not)...your attitude and outlook on ANYTHING is complete misery.

Actually Its not a typo.
The enter training no later dates are often 12 months out, you know this date doesn't mean ****, when the flow plan comes out we will have a better idea of when they look to upgrade these guys! But we know that also changes. For the last 4-6 months they have been sending guys to training shortly after the award. These dates don't mean ****. Things can always be modified even after they enter training.

But if it gives you a woody then have at it.

Look, I'm not saying people should be jumping for joy. But can't you just leave some things alone that really are good. What would be better, displacements or this vacancy?

I don't think that needs to be answered to be obvious. I wouldn't have jumped all over you if this wasn't a continuous saga of your misery.

Really though, would anything really make you happy at this point? You have a spin of some kind on anything. I'm not saying what a lot of you say isn't true (or at least partially true), it's just the perpetual negativity and continuous spin you attempt to throw at ALL events, good or bad.

That's for every airline! *** is your point?

And yes Eagle has a 5ish year upgrade and has upgraded 75+ CA this summer with more in line and add 20 to that!

But the regionals still suck, all of them!!!

Right. In other companies in every single other industry, they promote you because you are cool and nice, not out of necessity to fill a position. Most other corporations have 1000 CEOs and no hourly workers at the bottom.

Pilots are typically prima donnas who think the world owes them.

EFBs what a joke. This pilot group makes me sick shelling out their own money so they don't have to do jepp updates anymore. Have some pride for god's sake and stand up for yourself. Every other company that has EFBs were paid for by the company.
