You are correct, it is not AWAC. Where I get my sources is irrelevant. What I know is the important part.

[quote=PinnacleFO;81750] . . . [NWA Annnouncment 11/30/07] I think that Mesaba will be awarded some growth, probably the first 36 CRJ 900's with options for a whole lot more, and they might get the orig. 15 crjs that they were supposed to get as well. "
Mesaba has tail numbers N603XJ through N635XJ reserved.

Another scope clause bights the dust. You commuter guys: If you ever want to make it to mainline, this 70-90 seat stuff must stop

HotMamaPilot is right!!
This has got to end somewhere. I don't know where the line should be drawn, but I would say I would like to see 50-seat jets. But the fact is now there are 76-seat RJs out there and I would say that is the maximum.
With that said, it is not the RJ pilots who are breaking the scopes. It is the mainline unions which are letting it go, conceding (there's that word....) it.
They, the mainliners, are the ones who need to stand firm because if the RJ pilots are offered the planes nobody will say "NO!" cuz if I say "NO!" I know 100% for sure that they will then go to another regional company.
So the mainline pilots need to stop accepting the raised scope concessions, because that is exactly what they are: Concessions.

That will be a low blow.....Rumor is that It still has'nt been made public and there should be a press release sometime next week... If Gojets gets it then I tip my hat off to them but I'm rallying for Mesaba.
