I only really read the Eagle threads, are the other airline threads as bad as ours? We seem like a bunch of 5 year olds!

Since Johnson does not work here anymore at least that helps a little, and same with Red, not sure why he is always on these threads.

Is there min amount of flight hours required at eagle before guys hired October 2011 and prior can go to American? I saw 2,000 somewhere and I'm not sure if that is part of the new interview thing for new hires.

For guys hired by October 2011 and prior, no requirements to flow to AA. No interview with AA, no medical done by AA, no certain amount of flight time at Eagle, nothing. They go when it's their time to go and they get a call from AA. The latest agreement is more of a preferential hiring agreement vs. a flow. Requirements for it are 2,000 hours with Eagle, recommendation from the Chief Pilot, meet all of the non-flight time hiring requirements for AA, and all of the guys flowing from Eagle must be taken care of first.
