No I don't park illegally but had a coworker park at the end of a row (not in a spot) and get ticketed. I've seen them towing cars parked there too. Only seems to get really bad in the summer when the rain comes and we lose several parking spots due to poor drainage.
You can't stop anywhere near the airport and not get hit up by a homeless person. That subway is loaded with them to. They are everywhere in and around downtown Miami!

I know that this has been beaten to death but, this pilot time grid is ridiculous. I did exactly what the form says and nothing seems to add up correctly. I am not sure what I am doing wrong... anyone have any tips.. Does it have to match airlineapps, because that is just as bad as this time grid?

One of the problems is that Airlineapps adds PIC+Instructor+Dual in order to determine total time. The website doesnt realize that there is dual time that can also be counted as PIC time (Like IFR training for example, assuming it was done on same category and class as your PPL.) so it will be impossible to make everything match, since the DUAL amount that you input on the grid also has some PIC in it also, for that specific airplane...

That plus a B16, probably selling it for a B2.
But seriously what it comes down to is, the TT on the flight time grid is less than want I have in my logbook, which I guess makes sense to me? As I have separated my Dual from my Dual+PIC (instrument student time) Unless I am not understanding the Dual Rec (student) VS Dual (PIC) time correctly?

There is no dual rec vs. dual pic on airlineapps. Dual is dual and thats it. Airlines know the times won't match up to exactly what you have in your logbook. It is important to get your total time correct (within an hr or so I think). It's not that hard. Ex: C172 take your TT in a 172, subtract any CFI time you've done, then subtract any and all dual you've received (even if you logged it as PIC it doesn't count as PIC in airlineapps.) What you have left is your PIC time in the plane.
