He was asking beyond the $ contract, Eagle has no training contract like the one RAH has. Eagle has a bonus if you commit for two years. The military has a similar deal.

Skywest has been flying the brand since November and XJT will start in 12 days. So other people flying around airplanes with our company name on the side really doesn't matter to them..
