They are citing obvious reasons to not publicly talk about it. I am unaware of such obvious reasons.

my company guy said this

10 year duration
No change round ??
Pay step freezes after e175 arrives
12/4 longevity steps
5% benefits cost increases
401k to match PSA
Flow, extended to all but only 824 take company longevity. Something about no open discipline in personnel files
Per diem chopped to $1.65, goes back to $1.75 then freezes
No new rate for E175
Sick time changes
Eliminate profit sharing
PBS as part of deal or immediate pay cut

That's all I could remember when he told me. I told this stuff to my nephew at Eagle and he says he'd rather burn it down than take any of it.

If that's the case, then it's a "No" vote from me.

Thanks for the info, if that's the offer I'm 100% a no.

So this would officially make us pretty much the absolute worst jet regional to work for in the country. Those crooks already chopped our per-diem a few months ago. My benefits already increased about 10% this year. 90% of us already have flow rights anyway so who really cares. People hired after 10/2011 wouldn't flow for at least a decade anyway in a perfect world. Pay rates for the 175? Who cares.. With this stupid pay banding the morons voted in we don't get paid more anyway. The lifers on the top will get it while we go to training and do all the work.

Asking for this while they are rewarding themselves with massive multimillion dollar stock payouts? Where are the proposed cuts for all the other American Eagle employee groups? Guess we just have to subsidize everyone else that works here and the obscene bonuses.

F this. They can suck a ....

Folks, if this is the proposal, it is absolutely atrocious! Every Eagle pilot should vote no. We already have an eight year contract which covers the E175. If they want to change something, we have an amendment round in three years. Did they actually include this in a "serious" proposal? Wow, it looks like they didn't even try to give us any motivation at all. If this is really their proposal, VOTE NO!

Don't even let it go to A pilot vote. It's not that I don't trust our pilot group to do the right thing, I just don't trust our pilot group to do the right thing.
