My current times break down 2350TT 1050 TPIC 1825 Turbine 1512 PIC Recommends would be welcomed as well.
Eagle hurting for pilots and here we are, a possible candidate but the company won't return his call or email. The recruitment department probably out for the month of DEC you know, they work very aggressively the whole year recruiting a whopping 200 New hires.

Why don't you try for Skywest or XJET? They have bases in IAH. Heck even Republic. With your times and experience, even Spirit, Jetblue, etc. The situation at AE is on limbo right now. 100plus FO's have quit within the last 2 months if that doesn't say something.

No plan whatsoever and now with the merger being approved, we can expect Parker to tweak L-AE operations on the cheaper side. A one big company now with PSA.

Do your homework.
Since most of yours will eventually be ours; I for one am glad they are still very selective and not simply getting a warm body.
They don't need to, because every new hire after oct 2011 is just preferential interview, AA can reject them.

Unless you are talking about AA absorbing L-Eagle...which I doubt it.

There's always been guys like you, always assuming the worst. Your conspiracy theories and pessimistic view is exactly what will keep you at a regional your entire career.

If you compare any regional to a major, you're gonna be really unhappy. If you compare Eagle to other regionals, it's a good place to work. There are DEFINATELY much worse places to work. I for one like my job and the people I work with.

Being a realist has nothing to do with chances of getting on at a major. Why shouldn't you compare your job to a major? It's the same job, why should there be two seperate classes of employee in the same industry doing the same job? Regionals shouldn't exist, period.

If you truly think we're all going to get stapled to the AA seniority list I don't think your chances of getting on at a major are very good, you'll certainly fail any psyche evaluation.

Never said anything about a staple bud. Not sure who's post you're referring to.

Constantly whining is not being a realist.

Telling the truth is not whining. Do you deny that eagle is shrinking? Do you deny that it is tough to get hired at a legacy? Those are really the only claims I've made.

Doubtful actual, concrete, __ number of aircraft for _____ airline delivered by __/__/20__, L-Eagle to be called ____ - what I think you'll see is more commentary on "exciting news in the coming weeks" as well as "challenging times" with whoever signs the letter expressing their "confidence."

It's really not a big secret, there will be large RJs however it won't be enough to replace all the aircraft being retired. The overall size of Eagle will shrink but the company isn't being dissolved.
