Spirit or JB won't hire someone with 2300TT, unless they are military. Even then, it would be a stretch.

Liar! Now on the other hand between flows and resignations we have lost over 100 CA, that's a fact jack! But we have not lost 100+ FO, less than half of that and the majority coming from 3+ year with the company.

Actually the ~3 year guys aren't leaving because they can't. Senior FOs are going to LLCs and junior FOs are going to other regionals. Mid range FOs are stuck.

Nobody is stuck, you can walk in to the CP office right now and hand in your resignation. We don't have as many new guys leaving as you guys are trying to paint it, the majority of the attrition here is from Senior FO and CA.

No they're stuck, not competitive at the LCC level but too invested to jump regionals.

Why not competitive? Not everyone hired at the regionals is hired with low mins, many of the guys hired in 2010 had over 1500 when they were hired, not everyone hired in 2007-2008 was hired with 250 hours. Stop spreading BS!

I don't post anything that isn't true. I don't have an agenda against Eagle. Do I like the company? Absolutely not, but if there was good news I'd post that as well. I am only concerned in prospective new hires getting the best information possible. Not the rainbows and sunshine of the Eagle fanboiz around here nor the absolute worst case scenario of RJ Pilot.

1500 in 2010/2011 does not necessarily equate to 4000 now. Length of time on reserve, base, etc. have alot to do with your TT. I think the 07-08 guys are the ones currently getting hired by LCCs. The well connected / interns / quotas / etc. notwithstanding.
