My question regarding the school house is why let a bunch go and then rehire a couple of months later?
A couple of months?it was like a couple of weeks.

They want to keep the pilot group scared so we can keep voting Yes on PBS and give away more concessions for a company that is well on profits.

There were issues with AQP, our instructors stood their ground and the company made threats, they told the company to GFYS, and totally "not related" a few hours later there was an instructor displacement bid.

FWIW, The EMB AQP small group trials have been complete for a few months now. The CRJ small group trials where scheduled to start in September, but where rescheduled to October due to scheduling conflicts with the ground portion of the training. In Oct, it was cancelled due to the feds that where supposed to monitor the trials being furloughed. Currently CRJ AQP small group trials are rescheduled for the second week of December. Once it is complete, the FAA (if they liked it) will sign off on it, and AQP will be the new official training norm for everyone.
