500 pilots, 300 going to Delta, hiring, quick upgrade.

Skywest is a much larger regional and the movement will not be nearly as fast.

Unless Delta doesn't start hiring is the same stuff. Delta have a bad reputation with their feeders, I bet they will spin it around just to don't screw their feed.

Maybe, maybe not. Only time will tell. Even with no flow I'm confident 300 guys will find mainline employment before I'd ever upgrade here. I'm just the next rat off this sinking ship, I certainly won't be the last.
