Just curious about your method there.

1500 total new hires is what AA says they need. Our flow through agreement allows for half of each class to be filled by Eagle. That's 750 over 5 years. 150 per year, on average. Likely these will occur in spurts, considering there will always be some reason AA can't run a class (merger for example).

I'm only going off the fact that Eagle is sending 20 in December, since that's the only concrete number I have I took it as the norm. Only time will tell if it's smaller or larger than 20 a month.
