Eagle to hire 600+ in 2013!

No surprise, ALPA is pushing this worthless PBS also.
As to "making up" someone at Mesa. I don't need to lie to make Eagle look like an undesirable job, it does well enough on it's own. Just letting any potential new hires know that all ERJs are slated to be retired and NO aircraft are slated to be added. Don't come here unless you want to go down with the ship like the rest of us.

The reason we see this email differently is because you are very negative and perceive everything as bad and people out to get you.
As of Today there is nothing official regarding Mesa flying routes that are currently assigned to the AMR network. So I am not assure about all this talk bout them holding classes because of the trial, US Airways owns a significant amount of Mesa but that still doesn't explain the delay in classes since there are 30 airframes that will start arriving in 6 months or so.

They are actively trying to sell everyone on PBS. There was some computer guy telling two old wrinkled CAs in ORD how great PBS was on Tuesday. ALPA has always been a willing accomplice of AMR management, why would that change now? The fact they're even talking about making an "informed decision" is ridiculous, there is no upside to PBS. ALPA should be counseling the pilot group to vote no, period.

Well good paying attention there slick. These are pilots who volunteered on their days off and in between sits to attempt to teach us how to use the system. If you choose not to participate and it does pass, enjoy your reserve line. But of course you would have known that is you read any of your e-mails

I'm glad we have pilots rushing to volunteer to sell out the pilot group, as if AMR and ALPA weren't bad enough on their own.

Anyone with even 1/16th of a brain can figure out PBS. If you've ever used a computer I'm fairly sure you'll be just fine. I realize we have a cadre of geriatric captains at Eagle who may not own computers but I'm not one of them.
