And this offer is not only for RJ PILOT, it is open for anyone, anyone who believes there is NO future at AE, I am willing to buy your spot...

All you have to do in return, is that you have to find a way to give me your seniority spot at Eagle, so when your number is called for AA, I get to fly on that boarding pass..

If you have to fight your union, so be it... You do whatever you need to do to get a 2nd chance in life, to improve the quality of life for your family......

NOT possible, easily or otherwise... Did you fall and hit your head, or are you just plain delusional?

No I am not delusional nor smoking anything either...
I know it sounds weird...

The point that I was trying to make to RJPilot & people like him, was if there was NO future at eagle & only thing left was doom & gloom, then just Leave. Why waste the rest of your useful life at such " Crappy Regional" as defined by RJ.

Such people used to come back & say, what to do,etc etc??
So I was giving them a comfortable life in return for sparing AE & this forum...all he has to do is give up his ticket to AA.......

And he has been caught in his bluff, he refused to leave AE until the lights go out, so I believe that deep down he is still waiting for his flow to AA, if he qualifies for it.

To everyone else, my apologies for the thread drift, let's get back to business...

How's DFW ranked these days, is it senior or easily achievable by a new hire. What's the equipment in DFW & ORD now??

Actually, people are trying to leave eagle...a lot of people. The only ones that do not seem to feel a sense of urgency to leave are either too old, not experienced enough, or not paying attention.

Getting a better job right now is NOT easy. Moving on is very difficult. Even though people are moving, many have been lucky enough to know someone.

Now, Eagle had been making UNCOMMUTABLE trips. This is becoming the norm. At the same time, they will say, commuting is a choice. And yet, over the last 5 years, they have closed 3 bases and parked 2 fleets and have shifted CRJ multiple times. 2009 alone saw 4 displacements.

Tell all those effected commuting is a choice.

If you come here, you are taking a huge risk. You will have to live in some of the most expensive cities in the USA and quite possibly at lower rates.

DFW is a mix of senior and junior. Not sure if they are offering it in class but I know a handful recent new hires who recently transferred into DFW after spending a couple of months in JFK.

DFW is only ERJ. ORD is both ERJ and CRJ.

Just got a TBNT email from them, but to reapply in 60 days. What gives? 3600TT, ATP, 1 Type, 1000TPIC.

With that kind of time it must be something on your record or they didn't like your personality. That's pretty much what a rejection boils down to.
