That is why I say, the thousands of hrs on the RJ are worthless to you, your seniority & the seniority number at eagle is worthless to you, so why don't you give it up.
You should approach your union, infact you should write to your union, to include this as a benefit to the pilots, that all pilots should be able to sell their seniority numbers.
That way, all those who say that they have years invested in the company & have paid their dues, should be able to cash their hard work.
Earlier you didn't have any option & could not do anything about it, but now you have a buyer, who is willing & capable to buy your seniority at Eagle.
So, this is your golden chance.... Are you willing to give it a shot???
That way you can get rid of Eagle, along with all the BS of the pilot job, from your life & at the same time, Eagle can get rid of you....

You only say there is no future at Eagle, there is only doom & gloom.
So here I am giving you what everyone wants in their life, a private office with view of the SF Bay, cute looking 20 something assistant sitting outside your cabin, a house in the suburbs, kids going to best schools in the country, you driving a nice German Brand car, the works.....
And you don't want it...???

Why do you want to stay at a place where there is no future????

But it doesn't come free, You will have to do something in return.
And this offer is not only for RJ PILOT, it is open for anyone, anyone who believes there is NO future at AE, I am willing to buy your spot...
All you have to do in return, is that you have to find a way to give me your seniority spot at Eagle, so when your number is called for AA, I get to fly on that boarding pass..
If you have to fight your union, so be it... You do whatever you need to do to get a 2nd chance in life, to improve the quality of life for your family......

I don't know if you're trolling or legitimately don't understand the industry but you can't sell seniority numbers.
You have a better chance applying online at Aacareers.com and get hired through the front door than someone at Eagle who is towards the bottom of the 824 or part of the 35% protected pilot group.

You getting a second chance in life, get rid of the crappy regional job & get all the finer things in life that you would normally have, if you had not become a pilot, as you say it " at a Crappy Regional".
Plus I can't leave all that, unless you or someone like you, accepts my offer...
So, here's the direct question again, if it was possible, would you do it??
