A little off the current topic..... But can anyone at the Eagle give some insight on the likelihood of a new hire getting MIA ? if not out of training, would they be likely to transfer within the first year ?

I'm not sure eagle is hiring at all...submitted the app, and the next day got the "thanks but no thanks" email...weird.

Some new hires are getting MIA out of training. Off course everything is subject to chance.

Bet well see a new hire class in the CRJ soon as not many will follow it to NYC. It's quickly becoming more junior.

There will probably be a small amount of upgrades as the airline shrinks. It certainly won't be on a large scale though.
