Default Air Wiskey commuting question...

Flying from Canada to the USA. Can i jumpseat in the cockpit, if it's full in the back? When PSA did it years back i was able. Don't know if things have changed.
I am a US Airways Express pilot.

No cockpit jumpseaters to or from Canada.

I think you are able to seat jumpseat only if you work for that airline.

I saw in your FOM where it said that "no international jumpseaters".
But if I clear US customs and immigration in Canada, am I not technically now in the USA?

I have "jumpsat" on Air Canada from Canada to the US. No fees were associated and I sat in an open seat in the back. This was around 2010 maybe.
