Really? Last I heard it was stuck at 12-13 people. And 24 in December? That sounds great to me maybe won't be on reserve very long at all

Has anyone heard of any ERJ hiring this spring? Also, is ORD senior on the ERJ side of the house? Thanks.

Does anyone have proof of these filled classes? I mean that seriously.

Reason I ask is because all I hear these days is that it is nearly impossible to find anyone that even wants to apply never-mind anyone qualified. This was told to me by one of our captains that was on maternity leave a couple of months ago. She was assisting the recruiting team in finding people because they were trying to get a head start on hiring.

She conveyed a message that seemed pretty straight forward on the lack of applicants. So they were either looking for pilots on the wrong side of Daytona Beach and have now figured out where they went wrong or someone is making crap up.

Just about under 40 got assigned there out of the new classes coming through honestly I think it went most junior. I know people who wanted IAD and DTW that didn't get them

Forget about the ERJ. No hiring there for a while.

Correct, no ERJ hiring for a while. They're offering LOA's for January and February. ORD is very senior.

Best you could get is DTW for now, which is about 280 miles.
