I know there are a lot of career CA on the CRJ side. Does anyone have any numbers on how they rank in age?

Unless you go to every single person on the list and ask them, it's impossible to know. However, although we are a senior pilot group, we're not that old... I think in the next few years there are only a small handful of mandatory retirements. We're talking less than 100 in the next 5 or so years.
