question asked my lec rep in 1996, i hear you guys are negotiating a long term contract in the range of 20 years? LEC rep answer, no way are we negotiating a 20 year contract. Did he lie or did he just answer the part of the question that suited him?
point making is the same as your reference in FWIW. Remember now American Eagle is a brand name and anyone can fly under the brand name. So when they talk about American Eagle, more safer to ask Simmons or Executive Airlines fleet plan. American Eagle brand will be 400 airplane, but what does that mean to Simmons and Executive Airlines the current AMERICAN EAGLE AIRLINES..

And when it comes right down to it, that is the problem we are having with PBS and furlough "protection." The rest is either a pretty clear pay cut, increase in productivity or change in function.

There's a lot of things going on and being said about our future (such as the hiring)..it's just a matter of how much of it is true and will actually happen. I just go with what our "leaders" are telling us, with a little skepticism...but trying to look into my crystal ball isn't helping my chronic hair loss

If they can put Skywest/Exressjet into American Eagle colors without "express, connection, link," on the end... Then it is only a matter of time until they put "Delta" on the side of a Skywest/ExpressJet/RAH/Pinnacle/Mesa/AMR Eagle contractor.
