Can anyone provide information on this?
i'd assume they'd have (at least somewhat) similar requirements for all their DCI partners (?)

in that case, looks like at least so far (month to date) everyone's favorite "in before the lock" regional is doing a lot worse than pinnacle?

The new ASA supposedly accounted for this while being financed. The beauty of DL running the show is that, from their experience, they know how it plays out.

I personally believe the "fun" is yet to come. Anyone with a paycheck coming from PNCL should be exploring any opportunity that looks "better" in the 3-5 year timeline and offers career progression from 5+.

At Pinnacle, I really feel bad for the 2007-2008 FOs who have had 4-5+ years of SIC time only and are now looking at starting all over again at the bottom of the list at another regional. They deserve better.

They have been able to do that since April 1, 2012. Nothing new here. Pinnacle is in bankruptcy and Delta can do with us what they please. They could have pulled the plug that day or started an orderly wind down of the fleet like they forced us to do with United. We will be here as long as Delta needs us and not a minute longer contract or not.
I'm always curious how these rumors start. Correct me if I'm wrong but there is no public info to back any of this flamebait up. Mass cancelations at Pinnacle is nothing new. Delta threats are nothing new. Where do people come up with this stuff?

Most bad rumors start for a reason and are normally because someone leaked something before hand. Looking back, Shyguy told us all about the BK, Comair pilots knew the approx date they were shutting down, Skywest getting AA flying has been known for awhile now. Some rumors are BS but it seems the serious ones start somewhere and come true. Most just tend to stick to the "this cant happen here" mentality and do not lift an eyebrow OR defend the company by saying this is the norm. Maybe it is true, but with what happened to freedom it definately seems as if Delta is/will play hard ball. A similar situation just happened to my Fiancee actually, she found out through the grape vine that the owners of the business she works at is selling. The owner found out everyone was talking about it and demanded to know who is spreading it and that THEY are not selling.... Guess what they announced 2 days later?
