I wouldn't be surprise if most of the downgraded CA on the Colgan side will bail. I know I would if I was 2,000 or lower in seniority.

And where should I go exactly? Been here 4 years... first year pay elsewhere would be painful.

Did I say "you" or the rest of the junior CA are going somewhere? Try reading what I said. I said, it wouldn't surprise me if most of them will bail once they get downgraded.

This is what i keep wondering. I am not sure how to replace 5th year pay but the way we are going you will have to be in the top 1000 to have a job. And it will be at 50% less then we get paid now. They are going to just keep asking for more.
