Question for the XJT guys, because I'm not 100% up on your superior-in-every-aspect contract: How do your trip/duty rigs and min day provisions compare to ASA's C2007 soft pay rigs?

Yeah that's funny, because our concessionary contract is still better than your recent pos contract, what does that say about your pilot group?
So now do you have an answer for me? Do you have the numbers for all the other airlines that fly similar fleet types? Or is your assessment based on what your management is telling you?

You'd have to be a very hot female F/O or FA to do so, however, I hear there's a guy named Jake on the crj side that likes dudes, "not that there's anything wrong with that"!

So are you going to answer my question or not? Do you have the numbers from all the other airlines operating similar fleets that say that the ERJ operation is more expensive? And what variables are being taken into account in your calculation? Put your money where your mouth is and show us the numbers!
Mamagement or not, you got your head so far SH's and BH's ass, that all you're doing is regurgitating what they put out on emails. Of course our pilot contract is better, but I've yet to see any evidence that said contract makes our side of the operation less competitive, but I'm waiting...,show us your cost structure comparison between all airlines with similar fleets.....
Waiting......

These ASA guys are obviously above us in every way. They REFUSE to accept that another airline could have a better way of doing things. The next time you can't get dispatched because the antiquated, legacy ASA computer system goes down you can just imagine the Atlanta mindset of "we are a super regional." Legacy ASA was significantly more expensive then the legacy XJT side. The entire reason for this merger is to have the economies of scale to lower our cost per block hour. This is all outlined in the SEC filings from around the time of the announcement. It even ranked our costs per block hour against other regionals. If you want proof then look it up. You sound like a bunch of ignorant school kids arguing over whose dad is tougher.
Both the XJT and the ASA side have some serious ego issues with accepting that there are better ways of doing things. We are merging and it doesn't matter that you are misinformed or borderline retarded ... This is being handled by people well above our pay grade. Shut up and vote when it is your turn... That's all you have to do. If you want to get involved then you might have to take the blunders off and actually look at the facts. Poking the other sides dimwits isn't proving anything and some could argue that it is actually hurting our negotiations.

Now you're a confirmed troll. Had an ASA dispatcher jumpseat for multiple legs recently and they confirmed the fact that seniority/contracts have been combined now for a while.

So you're saying I'll have ten times the amount of credit each month? Ten times the number of days off? Ten times hotter flight attendants? puff puff pass, bro.

I'm not up on your PWA very much, haven't had the time to read through it to be honest. Maybe you could explain to me your trip and duty rigs and min day credit and how they compare to the pmASA contract. Because pay rates aren't everything and soft credit goes a long way, after all.
