Douchebaggery.
Not what his/her problem is, this isn't a p1ssing match. We dont always need to hear express side is "better."

I'm done, that's all I have to say about that.

So you start a fight over nothing, get proven wrong, and now you are tired of fighting... Sounds like you are trying a little too hard to hate legacy XJT guys.

Our dispatchers make more but that doesn't mean they are better or more qualified. We will all be one big ****ed off family soon regardless of what tough guys on a forum spout off about.

There soon won't be a ship. 3-5 years, this place is toast! When Unical guts 50 seaters like DAL is doing, and the XJET company is THE MOST expensive company in all of the regionals it will be decimated. I can see 30-40 700's and 900's left, and that is it. This is the cycle in this segment. This new era will accellerate that.

Wow! Management is that you? Show me a cost comparison and I'll believe you, oh and here's a hint; you have to use more than hourly wage in your formula! But I'm sure you already knew that!

Boy you're just like your brothers/sisters over there aren't you? Once again someone claiming something with out a shread of proof. The "it's true" doesn't go far there bud.

I'm not trying to argue with anyone. I'm just sick of express guys saying pay and QOL is much better on anything they do (pilot, dispatchers, etc.). Not a shread of anything to back up statements. Let's see some numbers and proof is all I'm saying.

And the XJET pilots (particularly the ERJ side with your "fantastic contract") DONT have better soft pay (more than the hourly wage) than (here we go):

Pinnacle
Comair
GoJets
Mesa
TransStates
PSA
American Eagle
Skywest

If you say no, you are DELUSIONAL!!!!! Add to that any gains in this contract and it will be light years ahead of all of them. Now, add to that Distpatchers, Mechanics, Management, FA's, Office supplies, Leases, electricity bills, etc and how can you make your claim?

Your are clueless. You could take our current contract the way it is right now and it would increase your QOL ten fold.

Let's see you left out, costs associated with the bidding system (ie transitions), health, 401K, staffing models, route structure, mx cost and structure, should I keep going?

Now, if you have access to all the above information from all the different carriers operating similar fleets then by all means; otherwise, you sound like an institutionalized man....a lot like the asa guys.
